JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH warrants its JACRAFT bathroom accessories to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH warrants its JACRAFT bathroom accessories for commercial use (other than normal residential use) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims

If you believe that you have a warranty claim, you must contact your JACRAFT dealer or retailer. Each claim must be in writing, briefly describe the defect, product name, model number, finish type, the date of purchase. Please be sure to provide your original invoice (a proof of purchase that shows the claimant is the original consumer purchaser). You must provide to your JACRAFT dealer or retailer other information and evidence reasonably required by JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH. JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH reserves the right to inspect the defective product as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect.

Remedies

If JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH determines that the claim is valid, JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH will, at its sole option, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Upon such a repair or replacement, the original remaining warranty period will continue in effect and be applicable to the repaired or replacement JACRAFT product. JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH is not responsible for labor costs or associated costs or damages occurring during the removal, transportation, return or installation of Products or replacement Products. In no event shall the liability of JACRAFT SANITARYWARE GmbH exceed the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions from Warranty

1. Products must be installed in accordance with the JACRAFT installation instructions supplied with the Products. This warranty does not cover JACRAFT product which has been damaged as result of installation contrary to any of JACRAFT written installation instructions.

2. This warranty does not cover JACRAFT product which has been modified by any non-JACRAFT component.

3. This warranty does not cover damage or defects due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper use or maintenance (see Care and Cleaningsection).

4. This warranty is not transferable, therefore, no transferee is covered by this warranty.
